Mohammed has given great service from the get go. He helped give suggestions on walnut colours and made sure they were the best quality. He's been very responsive to messages and phone calls no matter the time or day, and went above and beyond to get us the floorboards delivered on time with our schedule and installed before the Christmas period. The installation was done so professionally and looks absolutely beautiful & flawless in our new home. The installers did a perfect job and couldn't have asked for anything better, also would not have gone anywhere else. I'll definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking to change their flooring. You'll not be left disappointed at all. We had a very complex job for glue-down vinyl planks, with every wall angle different, laid over marble tile floor. Bruce's quote was a good price and the floor was promptly laid. Every step of the installation was done professionally and cheerfully. The team at Cosy Group were very professional. They would go above and beyond to look after the customer's requirements. The price was very competitive. My sub floor timber had a minor damaged section which they fixed with a replacement timber piece in order to level the sub-floor before laying down the floorboards. It was a neat job. We had a shifting date to get the hybrid floor laid in my son's unit which he rents whilst working overseas. The tenant changed the exit date a number of times but Mohammed was able to adjust the installation date without issue. Harry did a great job on the install.
