Mohammed has given great service from the get go. He helped give suggestions on walnut colours and made sure they were the best quality. He's been very responsive to messages and phone calls no matter the time or day, and went above and beyond to get us the floorboards delivered on time with our schedule and installed before the Christmas period. The installation was done so professionally and looks absolutely beautiful & flawless in our new home. The installers did a perfect job and couldn't have asked for anything better, also would not have gone anywhere else. I'll definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking to change their flooring. You'll not be left disappointed at all. We are so grateful that Mohammed was able to help us flip the floors of our new home. Big thanks and appreciation. Jan & Steven ~ Jan

The team at Cosy Group were very professional. They would go above and beyond to look after the customer's requirements. The price was very competitive. My sub floor timber had a minor damaged section which they fixed with a replacement timber piece in order to level the sub-floor before laying down the floorboards. It was a neat job.
